Prologue
The last students ran into the building as the school bell rang, it was early spring and the sky was blue.
In the History classroom, sat most of the students at their desks, waiting for the teachers; but in the back sat a group of students on the desks and chatted.
The center of attention went to the 18 year old Akanishi Jin and Kazuya Kamenashi; their were known for being the hottest guys in the school and also known for the once getting in trouble the most.
Akanishi Jin had shoulder-length-dark-brown-hair and small eyes, he was known for his beautiful look he could give the girls and the well-trained body; Kazuya Kamenashi had shorter brown hair and a wonderful bright smile.
Both boys and girls always surrounded them; they went to parties all the time, got into fights and skipped many of their classes.
In the front rows in the classroom, sat another small group; it was made out of four 17 and 18 years old students: Yuichi Nakamaru, Tanaka Koki, Taguchi Junnosuke and Ueda Tatsuya.
Yuichi Nakamaru was 17, had short light hair and had a koala-nose; Tanaka Koki was 17, bold and always wore hip-hop cloths.
Taguchi Junnosuke was 18, long dark hair and was really bad at jokes and always hyper; Tatsuya Ueda had shoulder-length-black-hair, big lips, 18 years old and was a quiet type.
This group wasn’t really popular, they were a normal group of students that attended school each day and had ‘passing’ grades; unlike the popular group, they had a future.
But all that was soon going to change for one of them, his future would get intertwined with another guy and they have nothing in common.

It was Monday noon, the class bell rang and the students ran out to get lunch, “Come on Uebo! I’m starving!” Yelled Junno, he stood in the doorway and jumped up and down; Maru and Koki stood beside him and looked down the hallway.
“I’m coming; I just need to put my books away.” Said Ueda and packed his books in his bag before he headed over to his friends.
“Jeez! You’re really a big nerd!” Laughed Koki, Maru nodded “You read a lot.”
“I like to read” Smiled Ueda “let’s go to lunch, I’m hungry.”

Cafeteria…
Jin sat and poked to his food with a fork, Kame had just got his lunch and went over and sat beside him; rest of the group followed while chatting to each other.
“What’s up?”
“Nothing…” Mumbled Jin, Kame tilted his head to the side.
“Come on! Something must have happened, you’re never like this.”
Jin looked up and sighted, “my parents says that I have to pass this years exams else I have to work the whole summer.”
“What? That sucks!”
“Yeah…”
“What are you going to do?”
“Have no idea.”
Kame looked around to get some kind of idea, after five minutes he faced Jin again and said, “Get a study partner!”
“A what?”
“Study partner! Someone who can help you study and get your grades up so you can pass the exams.”
“I’m too stupid to that.”
“Come on! You just need a nerd to help you.”
“And where do I find one?”
“Take one from the nerd-club over there.” Kame pointed at the back of the cafeteria.
Jin followed his look, he caught a sight of an interesting person, he looked the same age as he, and he was reading a book!
Kame smiled when he sore who Jin looked at, “that’s Tatsuya Ueda, probably one of the biggest nerds in town.”
“Ueda…” Jin mumbled.

When the final bell rang, Ueda walked over to his locker to get his things; when he opened his locker, a note fell out.
Parking lot, after school

Ueda leaned up against the wall in the parking lot, it was after school and everybody had gone home; Ueda was wondering who gave him the note.
Who gave me the note? I don’t know anybody...
A person came out of the doors and walked over to Ueda, Ueda sore who it was; Akanishi Jin, a bully and a make-always-trouble-person.
Ueda sighted and looked at his watch, “what are you doing here?”
“I gave you the note.”
“Oh... You’re late.”
“So you want me to apologize? Dream on!”
“What do you want? I got a bus to catch.”
Jeez! I hate that type guy, he think he is so smart but he’s just another dum-ass.
“I need your help.”
“You need what? I thought you had control over everything.”
“Ha, Ha! Really funny, nerd!”
“...” Ueda raised an eyebrow.
“*Sight* I need a study partner.”
“For what?”
“To pass the exams! What else?”
“Why do you need my help?”
“Because you’re a nerd.”
“Nothing else?”
“No! What should that be? Do you think that I like you? I’m not gay!”
“I were just wondering why you suddenly need another persons help.”
“Okay! Here’s the deal: You help me pass the exams and I’ll pay you, no questions; got it?”
“I don’t like it.”
“You don’t trust me?”
“No.”
“Okay, okay; just help me pass the exams and I’ll pay you. Deal?”
“Deal.”
They made a quick hand shake, turned around and walked different ways; like nothing had happened.

Jin was the first person Ueda sore the next day, in the morning; he stood and waited for him at the gate.
“Whom are you waiting for?”
“You, of course.”
“Why?”
“Don’t like to be with me?” Jin smirked and walked closer to Ueda, Ueda backed up; he looked around to see if he could find any of his friends.
“Nervous? Am I that hot?”
“Barely...” Ueda mumbled, Jin sore Kame walk over to him; he spoke quickly, “when and where?”
“Meet me here after school, bring your books.”
“We’re going to study here?”
“Very funny,” said Ueda sarcastic, “at my house.”
“OK.”
Jin walked over to Kame, without saying goodbye to Ueda; Ueda sighted, “why did I even agree to this?”

“So?”
“So what?” Asked Jin, Kame smiled, “what was that about?”
“What’s what about?”
“You and him,” Kame sent a look over in Uedas direction.
“Nothing, we just had to discuss where we’re going to study.”
“Nothing else?”
“No.”
“Not a little more?”
“No.”
“Nothing special between you?”
“N-what are you trying to pull off?”
“Just want to see if you have any feelings for the little nerd.”
“Ha, ha! Really funny Kame, but NO!”
“Are you sure?”
“Yes, there’s nothing between us...nothing.”

Jin and Ueda met after school, the sky was gray, and so they had to hurry up to Uedas house.
“So? Where to?” Asked Jin, Ueda pointed at the street, “Lead the way.”
Jin followed Ueda over to a bus stop, Ueda looked at the clock; “should be here...now.”
And so the bus came, Ueda paid for both of them and they went inside and sat in the back.
Jin kept an eye at the road, curious where Ueda lived; after ten minutes Ueda pressed the stop-button and stood up. When they got off the bus, Jin looked around; they stood on a small street, in the end of the city.
It wasn’t a rich area, most of the houses were old and walls were falling apart; Jin shrugged by the thoughts of living here.
Ueda walked straight ahead to a small 3-floor house, it wasn’t as bad as the other houses, but could have been better.
They walked up at the many stairs and finally got to the third floor; Ueda took out a key and swiftly opened the door.
Jin looked around inside the apartment, it wasn’t very big but luckily it looked a little better on the inside than outside.
There were a small kitchen, bathroom, living room and a small bedroom; there were only a sofa, a table, chairs and a small TV in the living room.
Ueda hung up his jacket and threw his jacket in the sofa and placed his bag on the table and sat down; Jin followed Ueda.
“So, what do you need help with?”
“Everything.”
“Okay, first get out your books; I’ll make some tea.”
Ueda stood up and walked into the kitchen, Jin could hear him walk around in there and was quiet surprised how quick he was to make tea.
Ueda put down two cups on the table and sat down again on his chair, opposite side of Jin.
“Where do you want to start?”
Jin looked blank at him, Ueda smiled, “let’s start with your first class.”
“Science.”
“That’s easy, what was your last assignment in the class?”
“Don’t know.”
Do you even know anything?
“Didn’t you write it down or something?”
“Should I?”
“Yes you should!”
“Why? What’s the point?”
“Listen! Do you want my help or not?”
“I do.”
“Then you need to start concentrating.”
“Where do I start, teacher?”
“This is weird...”
“What’s weird?”
“This! I’m the same age as you, and I need to help you.”
“Shut up.” Ueda smiled, he pulled his calendar up from his back and looked up something in it; Jin tried to see what was written in it, but Ueda kept it close into his body.
“Luckily for you, I keep track in our homework.”
“So what am I going to do first?”
“Read chapters 1-5.”
“W-What? That’s a lot!”
“You get until Thursday to read it, if you read 1¼ chapter each day, you’ll be done by Thursday afternoon.”
“It’s still a lot,” said Jin angrily, Ueda smiled “and I’ll make a test for those chapters for you on Friday.”
Jin looked with wide eyes at Ueda; Ueda packed his books in his bag and got a notebook out.
“What are you doing?”
“Shouldn’t you be reading?”
“Yes mother, but tell me first what you’re doing.”
“Making a few notes and guide-tips for you.”
“And that is...?”
“Something that will help you keeps track of your work.”
“Boring...”
“If you want to pass the exams, you better follow this.”
Jin looked down at the thick Science book in front of him, it looked bigger than the table; and Jin had never read a book from start to finish before.
“Drink your tea, it’ll help.” Offered Ueda and Jin took the cup and drank it.

The next days went pretty good for Jin, or... it could have better and worse; Ueda had made a plan for Jin so he could keep track of the schoolwork and his homework.
Amazingly it didn’t seem to be as difficult as it started to look like for Jin, Thursday morning he finished the chapter 5 in his Science book and was ready for the test the next day.
Jin and Uedas friendship hadn’t changed since last Monday or any other day; Jin still joked around and didn’t take things seriously, even though he did the work Ueda gave him.
Ueda didn’t say much to Jin, he gave him the work and went back to his own work; Jin noticed that some days Ueda looked more tired and in bad mood than others, but he didn’t question about it. Even though it still worried him, a bit.

Jin met Ueda after school as usual that Friday afternoon, but Ueda didn’t carry his bag as he used to; Jin asked about it.
“Sorry, but I have some things to take care of today, so I can’t give you the test today…”
Jin tried hard not to jump around, he didn’t have to work that day; that meant that he could hang out with Kame and get something to drink, and he needed it.
“-But you can start on chapters 6-8, if you get the time.”
“Okay!”
Jin had crossed his fingers behind his back, who wanted to work a Friday night? Friday meant no work and school, only party!
But he noticed something in Uedas eyes that he hadn’t seen before; they were dark and full of sorrow and…pain?
Ueda said a quick goodbye and left before Jin could ask; he was left stunned behind, but the thought of drinking and party quickly replaced any worries about work… and Ueda.

Jin walked down the street Sunday morning, enjoying the warm sun and the nice weather; as usual, he had partied with Kame whole Friday night and some of Sunday too; now he needed some fresh air to get rest of the alcohol out of his blood.
He sore a sight of a familiar person on the other side of the street, Ueda was walking toward the hospital with a big bucket of flowers in his arms.
Jin got curious and followed him, he watched as Ueda walked through the big doors and came out again a few minutes later, with no flowers.
When Ueda were out of sight, Jin decided to find out who the person were that got flowers from him.
He walked through the big doors and over to the reception; a elder woman stood behind it and made some paper work.
“Excuse me?”
“Yes?” The woman looked up; Jin tried to smile “do you know whom Tatsuya Ueda gives flowers to?”
“’Well, yes.”
“Can you tell me who?”
“Who are you?”
“I’m Tatsuya Uedas friend, he hasn’t spoken to me lately and I’m worried about him; I sore him walk into the hospital, so I thought he might know someone in here.”
It was the best lie Jin could come up with, but it seemed to work.
“It’s his father, Mr. Tatsuya.”
“Is he sick?”
“He used to be an alcoholic and smoked a lot, he has cancer and hasn’t many months left. But there’s something I don’t understand...”
“Understand what?”
“Some says that Mr. Tatsuya abused his son in many years.”
“H-He got abused? But why does he give flowers to him?”
“Who knows, maybe because he’s worried about him?”
“Ahh... thank you.”
“No problem.”

Jin felt everybody looked at him when he walked to school the next day, students were going in small groups and started to whisper when Jin walked pass them.
Jin quickly found Kame and asked what was going on, “don’t know.”
“Something must be going on, everybody looks at me weird!”
“I haven’t heard anything, mayb-”
“Akanishi Jin!” Yelled Ueda from the doorway, he came into the classroom and walked over to Jin, he looked really angry and pissed; somehow it made Jin sweat and he was…scared?
“What?”
Ueda crossed his arms and looked with a piercing look at Jin, Jin tried to smile but his good acting skills were gone; “what’s wrong?”
“Why did you tell everybody that we’re together?”
“Wha-”
“It’s enough that you ask for my help, but I can’t tolerate that you make rumors about you and me.”
“I never-”
“I know that you don’t take things seriously in your life, but you can’t come here and ruin mine just for fun.”
“I didn-”
“Don’t come with any stupid excuses, I was so kind to help you; but if you want to turn it all down, just tell me. I can see you don’t need my help.”
“N-”
“The worst part is you told them that we’re lovers!”
“I-What?”
“Don’t sound surprised yo-”
“That’s enough!” Jin grabbed Uedas shoulder with one hand and placed the other over his mouth, trying to make Ueda shut up; Kame stood speechless and watched the scene.
Ueda looked shocked at Jin and tried to get loose, but Jin were much bigger and stronger than he were; finally Ueda started to calm down and stopped hitting Jin.
Jin slowly let go of Ueda, afraid that he would start hitting him again, luckily Ueda didn’t; “will you listen to me?”
Ueda nodded.
“Okay, I didn’t spread any rumors about you and me; I have my own reputation to think about! Besides I didn’t even know there were any rumors about you and me, so how should I be able to spread any if I don’t even know them?”
“So you didn’t do it?”
“No!”
“Okay, sorry.”
The bell rang and Ueda ran to his next class, Jin watched him disappear in the crowd of students.
“It’s his father, Mr. Tatsuya.”
“Is he sick?”
“He used to be an alcoholic and smoked a lot, he has cancer and hasn’t many months left. But there’s something I don’t understand...”
“Understand what?”
“Some says that Mr. Tatsuya abused his son in many years.”
“H-He got abused? But why does he give flowers to him?”
“Who knows, maybe because he’s worried about him?”
The words from last day still rang in his head, if Ueda really had been abused; then he had hidden it good.
“Well, that was interesting?” Kame said.
“What was?”
“You and the nerds’ conversation.”
“Who spread those rumors?”
“Don’t know, but I know they aren’t good to have.”
“Jeah! What if Yamapi, Matsu or Ryo heard it?”
“They would come here and take advantage of the situation.”
“Kame, I need your help to stop the rumors.”
“How?”
“Spread some other rumors, like I have a girlfriend or something like that; but don’t give a name.”
“I’ll see what I can do.”
“Thank you.”

Jin and Ueda decided not to take the bus together, if anybody sores them; then the rumors would start spreading again.
Jin came to Uedas house after school, after seeing the road six times, he knew exactly were Uedas house laid.
Ueda had his door unlocked so Jin could come in without ringing the bell, he opened the door and went into the living room; he found Ueda lie on the coach, sleeping.
Jin went over and sat down beside him, he studied the sleeping face; he hadn’t noticed before but Uedas face was really pretty, almost looked like a girls.
He had a smooth face, filled lips, beautiful black hair and the smooth pale skin; Jin touched lightly Uedas chin, afraid to wake up.
Surprising, Uedas chin were cold, almost ice cold, and his lips purple-bluish; he sore Uedas body shiver each time he breathed out.
He took off his jacket and placed it on top of Ueda, Ueda sighted and slowly opened his eyes; Jin smiled and said “hey.”
Ueda jumped up and almost fell down of the coach, “AHH! What are you doing here?”
Jin looked confused at him, “I’m here to study for my exams, what else?”
“Oh, I forgot.”
”its okay, you look tired; I’ll just go-”
“No, no! It’s okay; I just needed a little nap, that’s all.”
Ueda quickly stood up, went over to get his bag and sat down again beside Jin.
“Where did we end last time?”
“I need to take a test”
“Oh! Well, I’ll give it to you tomorrow; let’s start with some math now.”
Jin knew that Ueda had forgot, and somehow it made him worried; Ueda used to be a very organized person and would never forget anything, now he forgot the work Jin had to do.
Ueda talked about the Principles of Equations while Jin tried to listen.
“To get the answer for a equation such as 22=10x+2, you need to-”
“Is it true that your father is in the hospital?”
“Take the smallest variable and-what?”
“Your father, he’s in the hospital; right?”
Uedas face turned pale and he sat frozen and looked at Jin; Jin regretted to ask about it, Ueda had been abused by his father and now a bully from the school asks about it, and he doesn’t even know him.
“I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to-”
“It’s okay...” Ueda had calmed down a bit, but his face didn’t turn back to normal color.
“How is he?”
“He’s good,” Ueda pulled up a fake smile, but Jin could easily look through it.
“Why do you give him flowers, I heard that he…did something to you.”
“It was a long time ago, he’s sick, besides he’s still my father”
“Are you okay?”
“Jeah, why shouldn’t I be?”
“I don’t know it’s just that I wouldn’t be all right if my dad did something to me.”
“I can handle it; I’ve done it for years.”
“Sorry for asking.”
“It’s okay; let’s just forget about it, okay? Now, where were we…”

Jin didn’t want to ask any more questions in that subject, he knew he wanted to but he could see on Ueda; that he would get hurt by talking about it.
And why did he even care? He never thought about somebody else, except for Kame; but why did he think so much about Ueda and his life?
It had never come to his mind before, he had never thought about it before; he hadn’t even noticed Ueda before, so why bother now?
Jin were lost in his thoughts that night when he tried to sleep; he knew he had to forget it all, who even want to talk to a guy like him?
Ueda seems to be such a nice person, his face…it looks so pretty and he’s even more adorable when he sleeps…OMG! What did I just say?
What’s wrong with me or I’m going crazy?
…But still… I really want to get close to him; not close, close… just close.
I’ll try to talk to him tomorrow…

Jin didn’t see Ueda in school the next day, he got worried and asked Uedas friends; they gave him a note where there stood:
Sorry, I can’t see you today
Got some business to take care of.
Read the last chapters in the Science Book and I’ll give you the test tomorrow.
Sorry if I can’t see you these days, but I’m pretty busy.
And for Gods Sake! Read those chapters; else you’re going to fail the exam.

Jin smiled, even though Ueda didn’t have the time to work with him; he still made him work his ass off.

Jin didn’t know what to do after school, so he decided to take a walk in the city; he came to the old graveyard and noticed somebody near.
He went into the graveyard to see who it was and sore Ueda; Jin quickly hidden behind a tree and watched Ueda.
Ueda stood with a bucket of red roses in his hands and looked at a gravestone; he looked really sad.
After a few minutes, Ueda laid the flowers and walked out of the graveyard quickly; Jin knew he had seen tears on Uedas face.
Jin walked over to the gravestone and looked shocked at it, there stood:
Yuri Tatsuya
My beloved mother
Jin stood speechless, looking at the stone… Uedas father had abused him for years and is sick, and even now he still visits him…His mother is dead, he lived for years alone, without anybody to take care of him?
Jin couldn’t believe it, the quiet nerd Ueda he once had seen; had disappeared and was replaced by a little boy crying in the dark. Calling out for his dead mother, and screamed as his father approached him with lust in his eyes.
Jin sat in quickly run, he wanted to see Ueda; so bad, thinking of all the evil he had gone through and in such a young ace, he felt sad and angry inside.
Ueda…wait for me…

Ueda heard somebody knock on the door and went to the hallway; he opened the door and looked shocked at a sweating Jin.
“Jin! What’s wrong, did something-”
Jin pulled Ueda into a hug and holds him tight in his embrace; Ueda stood frozen to the ground, didn’t know what to do.
“J-Jin?”
Jin let go and looked into Uedas eyes, Ueda felt he fell into those deep eyes and would never come out again; he felt his face turn red.
“Ueda…I’m sorry! I’m so sorry!”
“About what?”
“About everything.”
“I-I don’t understand.”
“I didn’t realize what you had gone through your life, and then I came and made it all worse. I’m so sorry! I know that I can be a mean bully sometimes, but I’m not always that mean. I can change, if you want me to; then I can change! ILOVEYOU! Please tell me if something bothers you or something’s wrong; I really want to help you. Please tell me if something’s bothers you-”
Ueda laid a finger on Jin’s lips and smiled, “it’s okay; I understand. I love you too.”
“What-?”
Ueda pressed his lips against Jins, Jin looked shocked at Ueda; but closet his eyes.
It felt like he dreamed, Uedas lips weren’t as he imagined them, they were better.
They were soft, filled and tasted like strawberries; he wrapped his arms around Uedas neck and pushed them closer together.
Ueda placed his hands on Jins back, Jin pushed him up against the wall and trailed Uedas lips with his tongue; Ueda moaned and opened his mouth for Jin.
Jin searched every part of Uedas mouth and got a satisfying groan from Ueda.
Still holding Ueda, Jin carried him into his bedroom and laid him carefully on the bed; he trailed kisses down Uedas neck and bite his ear.
Ueda groaned and felt his jeans getting tighter, Jin unbuttoned Uedas shirt and looked at the white smooth body under him.
He trailed kisses up and down Uedas chest, leaving red marks; Ueda moaned and wrapped his arms around Jin’s neck.
Jin moved his hand down to Uedas jeans and unbuttoned the button and unzipped the zipper; Ueda groaned when he felt Jins hand grabbing his length.
Jin stopped and looked at Ueda, “wh-why did you stop?”
“Are you sure, are you sure you’re ready…for this?”
Ueda smiled and placed a kiss beside Jin’s lips, “yes.”

Two strangers became two friends in no time; and a miracle made two enemies lovers, just by a glint of an eye.
I will not tell what happened that night, I will leave it to Ueda and Jin to decide if they want to tell you or not, it’s their secret.

It had been a few days since Ueda and Jin had been together, it was Friday and Jin decided to invite Ueda out for their first date together; Ueda gave Jin a spare key to his apartment so he could lock himself inside.
“Ueda? It’s me”
Jin entered, the lights were off and the apartment were black; Jin turned on the lights and looked shocked at the scene in front of him.
Everything lay damaged and destroyed everywhere on the floors; vases and glass laid shattered, feathers flied around in the living room from the coaches and all Uedas books laid scattered everywhere.
Jin was experienced in things like robbery, fights, etc; he could see that something bad had happened in here, and it was nothing good.
He got concerned of Ueda, what had happened? Ueda were a person that probably couldn’t handle such things as kidnapping…where was Ueda? Was he okay?
Jin looked around in the living room and found a curled note on the broken table:
I got your Lover, Akanishi.
If you want him back, come and claim him
And remember, Jin, I don’t like to wait.

Jin knew exactly who it was, Ryo Nishikido and his gang; they had been enemies since they were born and had been into multiple fights.
No matter how hard the parents and teachers tried, they were destined to be enemies their whole life.
Now, Ryo had heard the fake rumor about Ueda and him being lovers; which weren’t true, and had taken advantage of the situation.
But Jin knew one thing, Ueda needed him; he would do anything to save him.
Wait Ueda, I’ll come for you...wait for me.
